Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Sorry about the flag. I just wanted to get rid of MisterManhattan's tendentious edits, and I must have misunderstood your edit (which I now see had already reverted MrM). Bishonen | talk 12:21, 18 March 2016 (UTC).[reply]

Request reason:

please unblock me i do not know who this "Hiyob346" is and never heard of him! reading his sockpuppet investigations and if you see my contribution i have NEVER EDTITED ABOUT Eritrea, Eastern Africa or what he did "Occasionally using the regional spelling of "coffe". please look throught my contributions and this is a great mistake

Decline reason:

After discussing with blocking admin below, I'm not persuaded that this account is not a sockpuppet. I'm sorry @DeltaQuad and DoRD: didn't want to take a look. Vanjagenije (talk) 20:18, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I should clarify: I'm convinced to certainty that this account is a sock of Chaosname (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), a community-banned user ([1]). While there may be doubt as to the technical connection to Richard0048, this account should not be unblocked. (Non-administrator comment) Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 11:43, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

this is gone to far! did you not hear me????!!! i never edited on africa related topics, my computer is part of a big network/set of ip adress with several computers and 72 people about the "chaosname" am thinking telling me "dont panic" and then accuse me even further is just morally wrong Dannis243 (talk) 10:09, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
